Name Tags
For security purposes, delegates are required to wear their name tags at all times. You will not be authorised for entry into the Conference venues or functions.

Sessions
Please show respect for the Presenters and Facilitators and your fellow delegates by proceeding to the various session venues PRIOR to the scheduled starting times. Access LATER than these times will not be allowed.

Please be quiet in the foyer during session.

Delegate Survey
Please complete the daily delegate survey.
The winners will be announced during the plenary session on Tuesday and in Session 26 on Wednesday.

Mobile Phones, Tablets & Laptops
Please ensure that your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop is switched to “silent” mode during all conference sessions. DO NOT take or make calls during the sessions and if you do need to leave the session, please do so quietly so as not to disturb your fellow delegates.

Lost and found
Please submit any items found in the conference venue to the Admin Office.

Shuttle Transport
Shuttle transport between the OR Tambo Airport and Conference Centre is available during the day.

Parking
Parking is FREE for delegates attending the Conference.

Social Functions
Entry to all social functions is restricted to those who have registered their attendance.
