About the ITS Integrator User Group?
- The ITS Integrator User Group—often referred to as ITSIUG—is a community of institutions and users of ITS Integrator, an ERP platform from Adapt IT tailored to higher education. It brings together representatives from universities, TVET colleges, and other education institutions to collaborate, share best practices, and help shape the product roadmap.
- ITS Integrator itself is a modular, fully integrated ERP system covering Student Administration, Finance, HR/payroll, timetabling, reporting via Jasper, and more—designed to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure audit compliance.
- It unites representatives from universities and TVET colleges across Africa, Ireland, and New Zealand to collaborate, exchange best practices, and influence the product’s development roadmap.
The Annual ITSIUG Conference - ITSIUG organizes an annual conference which includes keynote sessions, technical workshops, industry panels, solution showcases, and networking events. The 2026 Conference will be held at the Sun City Convention Centre from 16 – 18 March 2026.
- The 2026 theme is "Driving Institutional Progress through ERP Innovation in the Digital Era", with tracks focused on Student Systems, Finance, HR/payroll, Solutions Workshops and Technical integrations.
